Shift your thinking from wanting to having by writing down what you want 15 times a day. I know this may sound silly, but if it works for successful people then it is worth a try. Make sure you write your goal in the present tense instead of the future tense – it is more powerful in the present tense. Start your sentence with “I am…” Instead of, “I will be a millionaire.” write, “I am a millionaire.” Keep your thoughts completely positive.  The negative ones will come back to haunt you.

Now that you know how to word your sentence(s), chose what you want and write it down 15 times a day. This will create a confidence that will propel you forward. We are changing the way your brain functions – beating it into your brain until you actually start believing it is true. Just keep writing; and get yourself a good pen.
